Tanguy Séné is a member of MSCI’s Climate Risk Center and coordinates developments of the MSCI Implied Temperature Rise model. Prior to joining MSCI, Tanguy worked at the Bank of England and at the COP26 Private Finance Hub, where he helped build a framework for aligning finance with the goals of the Paris agreement. Tanguy holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Sorbonne Paris I University and a master’s degree in social policy from the London School of Economics.
