Head of Japan ESG Research
Minako serves as Head of Japan ESG Research. She oversees MSCI ESG Ratings for over 750 Japanese equities, research quality of ESG research for MSCI Japan Select Leaders Index and gender diversity research for the MSCI Japan Women Empowering Index. Previously, she worked for RiskMetrics Group/ISS as an ESG analyst. Minako holds an MBA from Yokohama National University in Yokohama, Japan and a Bachelor of Political Science from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo.
