MSCI Pan-European Quarterly Property Fund Index (Unfrozen)

The MSCI Pan-European Quarterly Property Fund Index tracks the latest quarterly performance of Pan-European open-ended funds. This is the first investable index that allows comparison between fund and asset level performance across the European market. The index is based on a sample of 22 funds with a total net asset value of € 48.6 billion as at December 2024.
